Kafue National Park
Kafue National Park is known as the largest national park in Zambia. It’s also one of Zambia’s oldest national parks – established in 1950. Even though Kafue is easily accessible from Lusaka (the capital city of Zambia), the park is largely unexplored and remote. The wildlife concentration isn’t as much when compared to other Zambia parks, but the diversity of wildlife is certainly unmatched.

Wildlife in the park is constantly expanding due to the conservation efforts put in place. And Kafue is home to large concentrations of herbivores, mammals, and birdlife.
